Looking Back

I finally got a hold of some photos from the very first wedding that I did as a makeup artist. It is fun looking at the pics and remembering how far I've come.

Best Boutiques Fashion Show

Last month I partnered with two local businesses for a boutique fashion show at the Spokane Club.
Patty from Tangerine Boutique and Tammi from Lush salon were great to work with, as were the models! All amateur runway models, they ranged in age from 14 to 65. It was an awesome experience. I had fun creating my own idea for a look given only the theme of "Pop of Color." I tried to incorporate a bright element, while still keeping the look wearable and age-appropriate. By and large, bridal makeup is one of my favorite types of makeup.
A while ago, I was lucky enough to work with Kim and her bridal party for her 40's glam inspired wedding. Gorgeous girls, and a gorgeous day!
